Service Description
Pochat provides compliance monitoring, audit reports, and related services for organizations, campuses, and physical sites. Our plans include Quarterly Audits, Monthly Audits, One-Time Audits, and Enterprise solutions.
User Responsibilities
- You agree to provide accurate and complete information when registering and using our services.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.
Plans and Billing
- All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD).
- Pricing for Quarterly Audits, Monthly Audits, and One-Time Audits is per location. The Enterprise plan covers multiple locations.
- Some plans require a yearly contract to receive maximum discounts. Annual billing is non-refundable and must be paid in advance.
- You may upgrade or change your plan at any time, subject to contract terms.
Cancellation and Refunds
- Monthly plans may be cancelled at any time before the next billing cycle.
- Yearly contracts are non-refundable once payment is processed.
- To cancel your plan, contact support at least 5 business days before your renewal date.
Intellectual Property
All content, reports, and materials provided by Pochat are the intellectual property of the company and may not be reproduced or distributed without written permission.
Limitation of Liability
Pochat is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our reports and recommendations are provided for informational purposes only and do not constitute legal advice.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Use at any time. Changes will be posted on this page, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
